West Vancouver Caulfeild

Notorious for its bad spelling, Caulfeild is one of West Vancouver’s newer residential areas. Located just off Hwy 1 (Upper Levels Hwy), this neighbourhood was developed with families and executive homes in mind. A small, upscale shopping plaza serves the needs of the locals with groceries, banks, restaurants and specialty stores. Many homes in this area are well above $1 million price point and water and mountain views are standard.
