West Vancouver’s most loved Christmas festival is back for 2012. Music and lights fill Dundarave Beach for the month of December with a variety of beachside festivities. Bundle up in your warm woolies, grab the whole family and head down to Dundarave to enjoy this fun filled event full of bright lights, decorated trees, live music and Christmas cheer. All proceeds are donated to combat homelessness.
This year, Dundarave Beach and Village are lit up by more than 100 trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses, schools and community groups who also donate to the Lookout Emergency Aid Society – North Shore Shelter. The Dundarave Festival of Lights Society organizes the set up and coordination of the trees as well as community concerts celebrating the whole community with music, song, dancing, food.
