Summer and seafood go hand in hand, and what better way to enjoy them both than with the city’s top chefs, a glass of wine or beer in hand and in the surroundings of beautiful Stanley Park.
Get an intimate look into how Vancouver’s top chefs and Ocean Wise seafood partners prepare their favourite sustainable seafood dishes, with quick and easy recipes that take 10 minutes or less. Following each demo, guests will get to taste each enticing creation. At the end of the night, they can take away recipe cards so they can make the delicious dishes in their own kitchens.
