Go Back for Murder has all the intrigue of classic Agatha Christie. A disturbing family secret, “skeletons” in the closet, interesting suspects, red herrings and long-held secrets.
The play is based on Agatha Christie’s book Five Little Pigs and was adapted by the author herself. The story deals with Carla Crale trying to prove her mother (who died in prison) innocent of poisoning her father. Aided by a young lawyer, Justin Fogg, the brave female ends up travelling back in time to decode the suspicious event that occurred 16 years earlier, she must Go Back for Murder.
The audience is asked to absorb the clues, the props, and the alibis. But more importantly to read between the lines of the characters themselves, as the same events are retold from several standpoints.
