Horseshoe Bay, the home of the first craft brewery in Canada, is holding the first ever Horseshoe Bay Craft Beer Festival on June 21, 2014. The cost of your ticket includes 5 tasting tokens, 2 zone bus ticket, 1 collector tasting glass and one voting token for the ‘Golden Growler’.
Participating craft breweries include: Howe Sound Brewing from Squamish Persephone Brewing Company from Gibsons Bridge Brewing Company Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers from North Vancouver Parallel 49 Brewing Company and Stanley Park Brewing from Vancouver Longwood Brewery from Nanaimo Central City Brewing and Russell Brewing Company from Surrey Driftwood Brewery from Victoria.
Each brewery will be pouring 2 of their unique signature beers to sample. Two iconic local bands – The Adam Woodall Band and Brickhouse will be performing on the main stage overlooking Howe Sound and the Coastal Mountains.
The Tiddly Cove Lions Club will be flipping burgers to order. (Food is not included in the price of admission).
Tickets will be on sale at the Farmers & Artisan Market Thursday June 5th from 4 – 7 by the Propeller @ Horseshoe Bay Park.
