Moments from Life on the Stage
Unplugged, Uncensored – An exclusive one of a kind benefit event for Kay Meek Centre for the Performing Arts.
The incomparable Nicola Cavendish shares tales from her life in theatre, the backstory of her work as an actor, director and writer, plus impromptu performances from some of her most loved plays. From Shirley Valentine to Blythe Spirit to Arsenic & Old Lace to It’s Snowing on Saltspring. Acclaimed actor, close friend and collaborator Patti Allan joins Nicola for this one night only event.
These two great ladies of theatre, both multiple award winners, will take you behind the scenes as they share the funny, touching, lively and sometimes ‘saucy moments’ of their lives on stage and camera.
Only 50 tickets are available for this up close and personal event to benefit Kay Meek Centre. This event is in a private home in West Vancouver, providing guests with the opportunity to meet Nicola and Patti over light refreshments from 6:30-7pm.
Reservations are required and tickets are a minimum $100 donation.
