A play and a song. Two shows. One price. First we start off with the award winning new play Grandpa ‘n Me, written by Warde A. Troyer. It’s the gentle story of a young girl raised by her grandfather on the family farm. It will transport you to a place you haven’t been for a while. Charming. Poignant and often very funny. Three sold out runs since its opening in April 2015. Grandpa ‘n Me is family entertainment at it’s best.
Then we cap off the evening with some great music by the very soulful and extremely talented Cayla Brooke (star of the hit show Eva Cassidy: How Can I Keep from Singing) accompanied by BC Entertainment Hall of fame inductee Bill Sample on the grand piano. Cayla will sing some of your favourite Christmas tunes with her signature eclectic style. A beautiful ending to an evening of great family entertainment.
