The PARC Retirement Living Garden Concerts are free outdoor concerts featuring some of the most talented musicians from all over the Lower Mainland. The Daytime Concerts take place from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage.
The stage is located in Millennium Park, which provides an unparalleled waterfront experiences for the entire 10-day Harmony Arts Festival! This is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food, drinks, amazing music and breathtaking views.
