Ollie, Ron and Ian have been performing together for forty five years – first, with “Pacific Salt” in Vancouver, then in Toronto on the LP “Three” and upon Ian arriving back to the west coast, “R.I.O”, (Ron, Ian and Ollie), and of course on hundreds of other gigs and recordings.
Cory Weeds has organized a reunion of “R.I.O.” for this concert. They will perform as a trio, and then supplement the group with drummer Craig Scott and bassist Ken Lister, and then finally adding Cory Weeds to form the Sextet.
