You’re invited to come and sing in the sun on Lonsdale Quay! You do not need to read music or have any singing/musical experience! All ages welcome! Beginners to professionals! We’ll be singing and learning harmony parts to one song each Thursday evening until Aug 24. Songs include Ex’s & Oh’s by Elle King, Lean On Me by Bill Withers, Riptide by Vance Joy, Can’t Buy Me Love by The Beatles and Cecilia by Simon & Garfunkel!
It really is just turn up and sing! There are no auditions, no need to read music, we’re open to all levels of musical experience! You will be given lyric sheets and easy instruction. If you are worried about learning harmony parts, then you are welcome to just sing the melody (the tune of the song). The singing starts at 6.30 pm for an hour. Find us by the fountain on the plaza at Lonsdale Quay!
