This exhibit presents acclaimed photographer Gary Fiegehen’s personal work. The large B&W prints present three sequences: The Stein Valley, The Rock Garden & Trees Against a Winter Sky.
They celebrate the beauty & coherence found in the natu ral world & the joy of looking through a camera. Gary believes the visual image can serve as a bridge between the outer & inner experi ence.
He hopes the images provide a door for the viewer’s imagination & suggests that the work is less about invention & more about remembering when the world was new & full of wonder.
