Join us for a lunchtime BBQ with delicious Ocean Wise’ pink salmon. This sustainable summertime favourite is great for grilling, or adding to a summer salad. Ocean Wise’, BC Salmon Marketing Council and Albion Fisheries are partnering to bring a mouth watering menu of pink salmon dishes to Waterfall Café at the Vancouver Aquarium.
Choose from a maple glazed pink salmon burger, topped with shredded cabbage, tomato, cucumber and tarragon aioli on a rustic Italian bun or a maple glazed salmon summer salad on arugula and kale with heirloom tomato, cucumber and honey lemon vinaigrette.
Waterfall Café is a beautiful outdoor patio nestled in the trees of Stanley Park, and is open during summer months to all Stanley Park visitors. Admission to Vancouver Aquarium is not required to attend the BBQ.
No advance purchase necessary. Lunch will be available on a first come, first served basis.
