West Vancouver School District Centennial Celebration

Old grads, new grads and soon-to-be grads will be gathering to celebrate West Vancouver School District is turning 100! The festivities will begin with a Squamish Nation Blessing followed by May Pole Dancing, Vintage Games (three-legged and sack races, lacrosse, skipping) and a “Kids vs. Firefighters” Tug of War. Kids of all ages will have fun filling out game passports and collecting souvenir tattoos and pins.Secondary School Bands will be playing,kiosks will be selling yummy treats and drinks. A textbook and library book amnesty, a District Student Council “100 Notables” Wall of Fame, a Photo Booth and a School District Timeline will be on display. The event will end with cupcakes for everyone!
