Booktopia Opening Reception at the West Vancouver Memorial Library

The Booktopia opening reception includes the announcement of the winner of the Member of Parliament Writing Award by MP John Weston and a celebration of the teen artists featured in the Library’s Youth Artwork Display. Refreshments will be served by the Friends of the Library. Everyone is welcome.
