The Vancouver Christmas Market returns for 2016 with a bigger edition of old country tradition at its brand new home at Jack Poole Plaza (at the Olympic Cauldron).
Running November 26 – December 30, 2016, the city’s signature yuletide celebration expands its revelry with more than 50,000 square feet of space and over 70 huts in which to savour an abundance of festive flavours. Making things merry & bright at the expansive seaside site, visitors are invited to indulge in the authentic German market’s array of mouth-watering delicacies – from sizzling sausages, Glühwein (mulled wine), gingerbread, traditional German beer, and so much more. Other highlights this year include Canada’s first-ever Christmas Pyramid, a large heated tent (Alpine Haus) overlooking the North Shore, lovingly crafted gifts & treasures, and rousing entertainment!
