The four-course menu will also include a regionally inspired welcome cocktail: The Pendergast, created by Ryan Maybee from the Manifesto cocktail lounge in Kansas City.
Each regional longtable dinner is $45 per person (taxes and gratuity not included). Reservations are a must and can be made online at www.mamietaylors.ca or by phone at 604-610-8818. Seating is limited to 30 people.
