In 2005, due to inclement weather, the ceremonies were conducted aboard the Commodore’s yacht, with stern anchored to the dinghy dock between A and B floats.
As a result, this permitted much greater participation as all attendees were able to watch this most important ceremony from the Yachting Center balcony.
We continue this tradition in 2013
