This year’s show features over 100 exhibitors, celebrity chef demonstrations, cooking competitions, the 2nd Great Canadian Sausage Making Competition, cheese seminars, the Bite of the Valley featuring local Fraser Valley restaurant cuisine, wine and beer seminars on the Grapes and Hops Stage, and the Wine, Beer, and Spirits Tasting Pavilion.
