Arts Umbrella returns to CBC Vancouver for Splash 2013. Splash is an opportunity for art collectors and enthusiasts to bid on more than 100 works by artists from Vancouver and beyond. Splash is one of Vancouver’s highest profile charitable art events. Featuring an accessible and diverse silent auction, as well as an astounding live auction, it is also a glamorous gala event for guests and art enthusiasts.
