A generous bequest in support of music at the Library from the estate of Robert Leslie Welsh, through the West Vancouver Memorial Library Foundation, allows us to host our free Friday Night Concert Series. We offer superb performances for every musical taste.
Portland-based neo-cabaret ensemble Vagabond Opera puts a playful, modern spin on their eclectic repertoire of gypsy swing, Balkan beats, Klezmer, Parisian hot jazz, and yes, opera. Featuring singers, cello, sax, clarinet, bass, drums and accordion, they deliver impeccable musicianship, ceaseless charisma, and indomitable stage presence.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Come early for best seating! Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
