Create a work of public art! Saturdays this fall, add your creative mark to a giant paint-by-numbers mural in John Lawson Park near the Sea Walk.
Created in collaboration with muralists Paintillio, the mural will inspire passers by to have a cultural conversation on climate change. The mural’s subject matter references the effects of climate change on our local shorelines, waters & aquatic wildlife. The design was conceived during workshops with local youth as they engaged with topics surrounding climate change, creating a collage from recycled materials. This collage was then photographed & transformed into a giant paint-by-numbers image.
Now it’s up to you to add colour!
All paint & materials are recycled & reclaimed.
