West End ’66 (1966) This documentary drives the audience around Vancouver’s West End showcasing the growth and popularity of the area at the time, and examines the contrasting architecture and diverse lifestyles of its inhabitants. 28 minutes.
A City Story: Vancouver (1967) A national CBC series produced to mark Canada’s Centennial, each episode profiled a major city. Vancouver’s episode featured Chinatown, the Lions Gate Bridge, the Vancouver Club and Granville Street. 28 minutes.
