For many years, Nilufar Moayeri has created drawings and traditional painting pieces, selected and presented her materials, art exhibits here in Vancouver BC and internationally.
As an artist, Nilufar began her career growing up being interested in the arts, beauty of arts and the earthy richness it brings with it. To showcase her amazing talents, she explored various areas like teaching, drawing and art history in her community. Many of which most experiences are from European countries, her extensive knowledge passed down through many seminars and workshops.
Moayeri’s vision for her work is to give exposure and awareness to the exhibits created by her and highlighting the amazing talents in students in an annual costume design competition.
Recently her work has brought about a totally new narratives of a mixture of many historical attributes consisting of contemporary and cultural platforms, shedding a light on mysterious feminine power in different cultures. These exhibits reflect its roots from feelings and emotions.
Nilufar believes in creativity, exploring and applying various techniques to her artwork. Through exhibits, she inspires people, connects with them and support the future generation by creating this space.
