A collaborative dinner with two of Canada’s top chefs celebrating modern Thai and Japanese cuisine with a Canadian twist.
Maenam since it’s opening in the heart of Kitsilano in 2009 has reigned as the city’s best upscale Thai restaurant and in 2016 was selected for Vancouver Magazine’s prestigious ‘Restaurant of the Year’. Executive chef Angus An’s talents have also been internationally recognized and include the exclusive invitation to showcase his culinary talent at the James Beard Foundation in New York. Maenam celebrates traditional Thai dishes with seasonal West Coast ingredients.
Montreal’s Park Restaurant which opened in 2012 in Westmount, has become the city’s top destination for both sushi and Executive chef Antonio Park’s traditional Japanese dishes paired with the flavours from his Korean and South American heritage. Park Restaurant was selected in 2014 as one of the 38 Essential Montreal Restaurants.
