A new post on Retail Insider reveals the location of several new Park Royal shopping centre stores that are under currently under construction.
It reveals, among other items, the location of the newly touted La Maison Simons store which will set up shop in a new reconditioned section in the space currently occupied by Extra Foods grocery store.
Adjacent to the Home Depot, the new Simons store is said to be approx. 100,000 sq ft and will open in the fall of 2015.
Other additions include a new “mall” type building directly facing Marine Drive on the south side which will house the Loft, Sephora and Artizia.
The White Spot looks to be moving into a space that is currently occupied by the McDonald’s. Anthropologie, J.Crew and Zara will take the spots that once used to be Kin’s Market (old location) and Five Guys Burger and Fries.
Indigo, Winners and Sport Chek / Atmosphere seem to be staying put according to the map.
No word yet on what will happen to the current “Food Market” section that lies outside the Extra Foods as that section looks to be destined for a complete interior redesign and new frontage area. Many kiosks in this area are currently already closed, including Peter Black and Sons Butcher.
